基于边际油田的海底复合缆敷设分析及工艺应用

    Laying Analysis and Process Application of Submarine Composite Cables Based on Marginal Oilfield

    • 摘要: 为建立成熟的深浅海海域海底电缆敷设体系,结合OrcaFlex软件,在水深为35 m、顶部张力为9.0 kN、底部张力为1.9 kN的条件下进行海底复合缆(以下简称海缆)敷设分析,得到海缆形态变化和张力分布情况。随后,进行敷设敏感性分析,确定铺缆船具备安全敷设作业条件。最后,介绍海缆敷设施工工艺,并提出一种新的海缆末端甩尾抽拉方式,为后续油田开发和海缆施工提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to establish a mature submarine cable laying system in deep and shallow sea areas, combined with OrcaFlex software, submarine composite cables (hereinafter referred to as submarine cables) laying was analyzed under conditions of water depth at 35 m, top tension at 9.0 kN and bottom tension at 1.9 kN, morphological changes and tension distribution of submarine cables were obtained. Subsequently, laying sensitivity analysis was carried out to determine that cable-laying ship had safe laying operation conditions. Finally, construction technology of submarine cable laying was introduced, and a new submarine cable tail pulling method was proposed, which could provide reference for further oilfield development and submarine cable construction.
