摘要: 线缆在现代医疗设备中起着至关重要的作用。医疗设备种类繁多,但先进设备多以进口为主,导致医疗设备用线缆标准化进程缓慢。医疗设备用线缆的工作环境、性能要求均与普通电缆截然不同,对柔软性能、抗噪声、抗紫外线(ultraviolet,UV)性能、抗拉性能、抗菌性和生物兼容性有着更高的要求,目前主要为定制化生产。因此,医疗设备用线缆的结构设计、绝缘和护套材料的选择尤为重要。文中探讨了医疗设备用线缆的定义和分类,同时梳理相关现行标准,剖析了典型医疗设备用线缆的结构,并深入探讨了线缆的生产过程、产品性能、检测方法、布线要求等,为相关技术人员提供参考。Abstract: Medical equipment cables play a crucial role in modern medical equipment. Due to the variety of medical devices and the fact that advanced medical equipment is mainly imported, medical equipment cables face significant technical barriers from foreign countries, which is the main reason for the slow standardization process of medical equipment cables. At present, medical equipment cables are mainly produced through customization. Because of their special working environment, medical equipment cables have completely different performance requirements from ordinary cables, especially higher requirements for cable flexibility, noise resistance, ultraviolet (UV) resistance, tensile strength, antibacterial properties, and biocompatibility. Therefore, structural design of cables and selection of insulation and sheath materials are particularly important. The paper mainly elaborates on the definition and classification of medical equipment cables, as well as current relevant standards. At the same time, structure of common and typical medical cables is analyzed, and requirements of production process, product performance, testing methods and wiring requirements are also explored in depth, which could serve as a reference for relevant technical personnel.
