中低压复合脐带缆卷绕状态下的电热耦合分析
Electrothermal Coupling Analysis of Middle and Low Pressure Composite Umbilical Cable in Winding State

摘要: 动态脐带缆通常与绞车配套进行施工,不仅能够在施工时获得更大的便利,运行时也可根据实际需要便捷控制收放缆。因此,脐带缆在绞车上卷绕时的安全性也需要事先校核。通过分析脐带缆的温升特性,可以直观感受到脐带缆的热量,有效减少脐带缆故障的发生。为研究中低压复合脐带缆在绞车上卷绕排布时满载运行过程中的温升情况,验证所选导体截面能否满足系统运行需求,文中建立电热耦合的二维仿真模型,通过仿真计算卷绕状态下各层脐带缆的热量分布,得出温度场分布图,探索可能会对脐带缆温度造成影响的因素,为实际脐带缆施工及绞车设计提供理论参考。Abstract: Dynamic umbilical cable is usually constructed with the winch, which can not only obtain greater convenience during construction, but also easily control the rewinding and releasing of the cable according to actual needs during operation. Therefore, safety of the umbilical cable when winding on the winch needs to be checked in advance. By analyzing temperature rise characteristics of the umbilical cable, heat of the umbilical cable can be sensed directly, and failure of the umbilical cable can be effectively reduced. In order to study temperature rise during full load operation when medium and low pressure composite umbilical cable was winding on the winch, and verify whether the selected conductor cross section could meet operation requirements of the system, a two-dimensional simulation model of electrothermal coupling was established in the paper. Through simulation, heat distribution of each layer of umbilical cable under the winding state was calculated, and temperature field distribution diagram was obtained. The factors that might affect the temperature of umbilical cable were also explored, which could provide theoretical reference for actual submarine cable construction and winch design.
