摘要: 根据电线电缆行业质量管理现状和监管要求,以基于物联网Ecode标识的电线电缆质量安全追溯体系建设的试点工作为案例,阐述了电线电缆行业以物品编码为载体,以编码的本体标识为核心,通过大数据技术汇聚质量追溯信息,实现产品从生产、销售到使用环节的质量安全追溯的具体工作思路。介绍了电线电缆质量安全追溯体系建设的架构体系,重点展开编码申请、发放、标识、信息服务等环节的具体业务流程。通过解析典型应用案例,总结分析了质量安全追溯体系建设在增强监管能力、减少假冒伪劣、赋能数字化转型、形成社会共治合力等方面取得的成果,并提出质量安全追溯体系应进一步提高和关注的问题,以增强质量安全追溯体系建设的持续性,为电线电缆行业智慧监管提供参考和借鉴。Abstract: According to current status and regulatory requirements of quality management in wire and cable industry, taking the pilot work of wire and cable quality traceability system construction based on Ecode identification for internet of things as a case, the specific working ideas of wire and cable industry were elaborated on, which used item coding as the carrier, ontology identification of coding as the core, and gathered quality traceability information through big data technology to realize the quality traceability of products from production, sales to use. The overall framework system of wire and cable quality traceability was introduced, focusing on specific business processes of coding application, distribution, identification, and information services. Achievements of quality traceability system construction in enhancing regulatory capabilities, reducing counterfeiting and shoddy products, empowering digital transformation, and forming social governance forces were summarized and analyzed. The issues that should be further improved and paid attention to in quality traceability system were put forward, so as to enhance sustainability of quality traceability system construction and provid reference and inspiration for intelligent supervision in wire and cable industry.
