铜杆连轧轧件宽展及影响因素的数值模拟研究

    Numerical Simulation for Width Spread of Workpiece and Influencing Factors during Continuous Rolling of Copper Bar

    • 摘要: 铜杆连轧生产时轧件的宽展会直接影响最终产品规格,若宽展无法有效控制会导致产品表面质量恶化、加剧轧辊表面磨损。根据铜杆生产线的工艺参数和设备数据,建立了SCR 3000铜杆连轧5#机架轧制过程有限元模型,分析了轧件的宽展及不同轧制工艺条件对宽展的影响。结果表明,随着与宽度中心面距离的增大,轧件的相对宽展先缓慢增加,再快速增加;当轧件边部不与轧辊接触时,即不再受到轧辊的挤压变形,其相对宽展快速减小。摩擦系数、后张力和辊缝对轧件宽展的影响显著,而轧制速度和前张力对宽展的影响较小。结合现场实际需求,利用宽展模拟结果对宽展公式进行拟合,对比发现该公式能够准确地描述摩擦系数和后张力对轧件宽展的影响规律,可用于生产实践。

       

      Abstract: The width spread of workpiece will directly affect the final product specifications during the continuous rolling of the copper bar. What is worse,if the width spread is out of control,it will deteriorate the surface quality of the product,and aggravate the surface wear of the roll. According to the process parameters and equipment data of the copper bar production line,the finite element model of 5# stand rolling process in SCR 3000 copper bar continuous rolling mill is established in this paper. The width spread of the workpiece an d the effects of different rolling processes are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the distance from the width center plane,the relative width spread increases slowly at first,then increases rapidly. When the edge of the workpiece is not in contact with the roll,it no longer subject to the extrusion deformation of the roll,and the relative width spread decreases rapidly. The friction coefficient,back tension and roll gap have a great effect on the width spread,while the rolling speed and front tension almost have no influence on the width spread. According to the actual demand,a width spread formula is fitted based on the simulation results,and the influences of the friction coefficient and back tension on the width spread can be precisely estimated by this formula,which can be employed in production practice.
