聚醚酰亚胺挤出型绕组线的制备及其浸渍性能评估
Preparation and Impregnation Properties of Polyetherimide Extruded Winding Wire

摘要: 对研制的聚醚酰亚胺挤出型绕组线进行常规及浸渍性能研究,其主要性能符合GB/T 6109. 6—2008《漆包圆绕组线第6部分220级聚酰亚胺漆包铜圆线》的要求。选择了三种浸渍漆进行浸渍,分别是有机硅浸渍漆(TH-260NS)、F级电机用亚胺环氧浸渍漆和改性亚胺环氧浸渍漆。试验结果表明:经TH-260NS漆浸渍后,绝缘开裂较为明显;经F级电机用亚胺环氧浸渍漆浸渍后,试样击穿电压最高;经改性亚胺环氧浸渍后,性能变化最小。Abstract: In this paper,the conventional and impregnating properties of the polyetherimide extruded winding wires are studied. The main performance is in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 6109. 6—2008 Enameled round winding wire Part 6: 220 grade polyimide enamel copper round wire. In this study,three impregnating varnishes were selected for impregnation,the first is silicone impregnating varnish( TH-260 NS),the second is F-class motor with imine epoxy impregnating varnish,the third is modified imine epoxy impregnating paint. The test results are as follow: After impregnation with TH-260 NS paint,the insulation cracking is very obvious. After impregnation with the imine epoxy impregnating varnish for the F-class motor,the breakdown voltage of the sample is the highest. After impregnation with the modified imine epoxy,there is almost no change.
