110kV交联电缆导体充氮气对脱气时间的影响

    Effect of Nitrogen Filling of 110 kV Cross-Linked Cable Conductor on Degassing Time

    • 摘要: 通常110 kV交联电缆70℃的脱气时间为7 d。对110 kV交联电缆导体充氮气脱气6 d、5 d及导体不充氮气脱气7 d三种情况取样,分别检测其甲烷、苯乙酮、醇类等副产物含量。通过试验数据对比分析,得出导体充氮气可以缩短脱气时间1~2 d。

       

      Abstract: Usually,110 kV cross-linked cable degassing time is 7 days when the temperature is 70 ℃ . In this paper,110 kV cross-linked cable conductors with nitrogen were degassed for 6 days,5 days and the conductors without nitrogen were degassed for 7 days,and the contents of by-products such as methane,acetophenone and alcohol were detected. Through the comparative analysis of the test data,it is concluded that the conductor can be filled with nitrogen to shorten the degassing time by 1-2 days.
