炭黑N330用量对乙丙橡胶电缆料性能的影响

    Effects of Carbon Black N330 Amount on Properties of Ethylene-Propylene Diene Monomer Cable Compounds

    • 摘要: 研究了三个不同厂家生产的炭黑N330的用量对乙丙橡胶(EPDM)电缆料的机械性能、抗老化性能和电性能的影响。结果表明,三个不同厂家生产的炭黑N330对EPDM电缆料性能的影响规律相近。即N330的添加量为8~16份时,其胶料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度明显增大;随着炭黑N330用量的增多,胶料的断裂伸长率逐渐减小,但是均在700%以上;胶料经过热空气加速老化后,拉伸强度变化率和断裂伸长率变化率均在-30%~+30%之间;在N330添加量为16份时,胶料的体积电阻率和击穿强度分别不小于1014Ω·cm和19 kV/mm。N330添加量为8~16份时,EPDM电缆料具有优异的综合性能。

       

      Abstract: The effects of the amount of carbon black N330 from three different manufacturers on the mechanical properties,anti-aging properties and electrical properties of ethylene propylene diene monomer( EPDM) cable compound were studied. The results show that,the effects of carbon black N330 from three different manufacturers on the properties of EPDM cable compound are similar. Namely,the tensile strength and tear strength of the compounds can be improved obviously when the content of N330 was 8-16 phr. With the content of carbon black N330 raise,the elongation at break of the compounds decreases gradually,but all of its were above 700%. After hot air accelerated ageing,the change rate of tensile strength and the change rate of elongation at break of the compounds were between-30% and +30%. When the N330 content was 16 phr,the volume resistivity and breakdown strength of the compounds were not less than 1014Ω·cm and 19 kV/mm respectively. The EPDM cable compounds has excellent comprehensive properties when the content of N330 was 8-16 phr.
