基于应力系数非线性的动态缆疲劳分析

    Fatigue Analysis of Dynamic Cable with Consideration of Nonlinear Stress Factors

    • 摘要: 对中国南海某油田一动态缆进行水动力分析,使用有限元法计算动态缆截面应力分布,应用Miner线性损伤累积理论对动态缆进行疲劳分析并通过样缆疲劳试验对得到的结果进行验证。结果表明,基于应力系数非线性的方法预估出的疲劳寿命结果比线性方法计算出的结果更加保守。

       

      Abstract: A case of a dynamic cable in the South China Sea is studied. The FEM method is applied to calculate the stress distribution of the cross section,the fatigue damage analysis and fatigue tests of this dynamic cable is carried out. The results show that the fatigue life with the consideration of nonlinear stress factors is more conservative.
