Abstract: This paper introduces the assembly process of 8# differential pressure joint and summarizes the failure modes of 8# differential pressure joint. How to improve the assembly reliability of 8# differential pressure joint is discussed. The assembly quality of 8# differential pressure joint is improved by optimizing the process, making special tooling and improving the structure.
