110kV阻燃聚乙烯高压电缆阻燃性能研究

    Study on Flame Retardant Performance of 110 kV Flame Retardant Polyethylene High-Voltage Cable

    • 摘要: 对不同阻燃体系的聚乙烯外护套、沥青涂覆量、电缆规格以及阻燃半导电层的110 kV高压电缆阻燃性能进行了研究。通过成束燃烧试验碳化高度的试验数据对比分析,结果表明阻燃聚乙烯护套高压电缆的阻燃性能与外护套材料阻燃体系、沥青涂覆量、电缆规格、半导电层阻燃性能密切相关。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,the flame retardant performance of 110 kV high-voltage cables with different flame retardant systems of polyethylene outer sheath, asphalt coating amount, cable specifications and flame retardant semi-conductive layer are studied.Through the comparative analysis of the test the results show that the carbonization height of the bundle combustion test,the flame retardant performance of the flame retardant polyethylene sheathed high-voltage cable is closely related to the flame retardant system of the outer sheath material,the amount of asphalt coating,the cable specification,and the flame retardant performance of the semi-conductive layer.
