Abstract: In order to reduce the impact of chips when cutting cable bellows on cable performance,some cables need to have their bellows cut without chips.In this paper,we provide a kind of chipless cutting equipment for cable bellows.With characteristics:the use of manual control chip depth and chip force,the use of guide wheel guide mechanism to ensure stable and effective cutting.effective control for the chip depth and chip force with manual cutting method,with the guide wheel and guide mechanism to ensure the stability and effectiveness when cutting.
