一种简捷高效的电缆断点单端定位方法研究

    A Simple and Efficient Research on One-End Breakpoint Localization of Cable

    • 摘要: 针对目前电缆断点定位方法难以满足电缆应急修理和抢修需求等问题,提出了一种简捷高效的电缆断点单端定位方法。首先,分析了基于电磁感应法的电缆断点单端定位原理,提出了一种电缆断点单端定位系统构建解决方案。其次,针对3种情况下电缆断点的定位场景,在大量试验及数据分析、总结的基础上,分别给出了单线断点、电缆线束中电缆断点及带屏蔽层的电缆断点检测与定位方法;尤其在带屏蔽层的电缆断点检测方法中,提出了电缆断点与屏蔽层不接触情况下,电缆感应电压的变化情况、断点位置与多项式趋势线之间的判定关系,形成了判定规则。最后,给出了多项式趋势线的计算方法。所提出的定位方法既适用于常规电力电缆,也适用于低电压电缆和数据电缆等,可在适用范围内快速定位电缆断点,具有很好的理论和应用价值。

       

      Abstract: A simple and efficient method on one-end breakpoint localization of cable was proposed for the problem that the current cable breakpoint localization method was difficult to meet the needs of cable emergency and first-aid repair.Firstly,one-end breakpoint localization theory of cable based on electromagnetic induction was analyzed,and a solution of cable one-end breakpoint localization system was proposed.Secondly,the breakpoint detection and localization methods of singlet line cable,cable in wiring harness,and cable breakpoint under screening layer were proposed,based on quantities of experiments,data analyzing and summarizing for cable breakpoint localization screne of three cases;especially in the process of detecting cable breakpoint under screening layer,the judging relationship and rules between the cable voltage induction curves,the breakpoint loacation and the polynomial trendline was proposed when the cable breakpoint and the screen layer was non-contact.Finally,the computing method of polynomial trendline was proposed.The localization method proposed is suitable for common power cable,besides the low-voltage cable and data cable,etc,which could locate the cable breakpoint fastly within the applicative scope and is of significance and application value.
