高压及超高压电缆金属护套金刚石涂层模具制备与应用

    Preparation and Application of Diamond Coating Drawing Die for Metal Sheath of High Voltage and Ultra-High Voltage Cable

    • 摘要: 基于直流电弧等离子体喷射化学气相沉积金刚石方法,采用两种不同的等离子炬及相应配套设备和工艺,分别在Φ78.0 mm和Φ145.0 mm孔径的硬质合金拉拔模具内表面制备CVD金刚石涂层,并对金刚石涂层表面进行抛光。利用3D轮廓仪、光学显微镜、Raman光谱仪以及压力试验机对涂层表面粗糙度、厚度、成分、附着强度等进行测试分析。结果表明:两种方法制备的金刚石涂层表面粗糙度分别为42.426 nm和33.084 nm;金刚石涂层厚度均匀性和纯度均较好;在1 000 N载荷下压痕边缘区域无严重的裂纹及薄膜脱落现象。将制备的拉拔模具应用于高压及超高压电缆平滑铝护套拉拔生产线中,可以采用一次缩径工艺,且低速下干拉或者3~5 m/s速率下使用水润滑拉拔,使用寿命是硬质合金模具的10倍以上。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of DC arc plasma jet chemical vapor deposition of diamond,CVD diamond coatings were prepared on the inner surfaces of cemented carbide drawing dies with diameters ofΦ78.0 mm andΦ145.0 mm by using two different plasma torches and corresponding equipment and processes,and the surfaces of diamond coatings were polished.The roughness,thickness,composition and adhesion strength of the coating were tested and analyzed by 3D profiler,optical microscope,Raman spectrometer and pressure testing machine.The results show that the surface roughness of diamond coatings prepared by the two methods is 42.426 nm and 33.084 nm,respectively.The thickness uniformity and purity of diamond coating are good.Under the load of 1 000 N,there is no serious crack and film shedding in the edge area of indentation.The prepared drawing die is applied to the smooth aluminum sheath drawing production line of high voltage and ultra-high voltage cables,which can adopt one-time diameter reduction process,dry drawing at low speed or drawing with water lubrication at 3-5 m/s,and its service life is more than 10 times that of cemented carbide die.
