一种电线电缆无形消耗的控制方法——电阻比

    A Control Method of Invisible Consumption of Wire and Cable—Resistance Ratio

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种电线电缆生产过程中无形消耗的统计、控制方法。该方法计算简单，可以量化。通过电阻比的分析和对比，能够真实反映无形消耗的水平，找到影响因素，达到既满足标准要求又最大限度降低整个生产过程中无形消耗的目的。

       

      Abstract: A statistical and control method in the production process of wire and cable was introduced.The method is simple in calculation and can be quantified.It can reflect the consumption of intangible level through the analysis and comparison of resistance ratio,and find the influencing factors,to satisfy the standard requirement and minimize the invisible consumption in the production process.
