    Design of a Testing Device for the Aircraft Cable Connector Contact Couple Mechanical Performance

    • 摘要: 电缆连接器接触偶性能检查目前常用的检测方法有目视法或使用简易工具进行检测,以判断被测件是否存在弯针、缩针/缩孔以及孔径变化等故障。现有方法无法定量检测接触偶的插拔力和接触保持力的力值,因此无法反映电缆连接器接触偶机械性能是否合格。研究设计了一套基于视觉识别技术的自动化检测装置,用于在线检测电缆连接器接触偶插拔力和接触保持力的力值,并根据检测力值来判断电缆连接器接触偶机械性能是否合格。

       

      Abstract: At present,the common detection methods for the performance detection of cable connector contact couple are visual inspection or simple tools to determine whether there is a fault such as bending pin,shrinking pin/shrinkage hole and aperture change.These two methods are unable to quantitatively detect the force value of plug and pull force and contact holding force of the contact couple,so as to reflect whether the contact couple mechanical performance is qualified.A set of automatic detection device based on visual identification technology is designed,which is used for online detection of the force value of plug and pull force and contact holding force of the contact couple,and judging whether the mechanical performance of the cable connector contact couple is qualified or not.
