Key Technologies of High-Speed Transmission Lines and Connecting Components

摘要: 基于高速传输线及连接组件研制的必要性,分析了信号完整性与电磁兼容性自主仿真设计软件、高频传输信号衰减抑制、高速线缆及连接组件的关键工艺等难题,开展了高速信号完整性与电磁兼容性仿真设计软件开发,以及高速线缆实心聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)绝缘挤出、平行线对铝箔纵包、高密度屏蔽编织、连接组件金属壳封装设计等关键技术的研究,为高速传输线及连接组件的研制提供重要参考。Abstract: Based on the necessity of developing high-speed transmission lines and connecting components, difficulties of independent simulation design software for signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility, high frequency transmission signal attenuation suppression, and key processes of high-speed cables and connecting components were analyzed.Development of high-speed signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility simulation design software, and key technologies such as solid FEP insulation extrusion of high-speed cables, longitudinal wrapping of parallel lines on aluminum foil, high-density shielding weaving and metal shell packaging design for connecting components, were also carried out.Above all can provide important references for the development of high-speed transmission lines and connecting component.
