海底电缆异型导体绞合工艺及阻水性能探讨
Discussion on Stranding Process and Water Blocking Performance of Special-Shaped Conductor for Submarine Cables

摘要: 为满足远距离电力传输能效和经济性,海底电缆需要采用大截面规格的导体,其中异型导体因具有制造规格上限高、结构稳定等特点而成为发展趋势,但生产中存在两个技术难题:一是绞合工艺十分复杂;二是没有成熟的导体阻水方案。文中结合实际生产调试情况,阐明了绞合节距、预扭角度等工艺参数与绞合成型的关系,并提出了一种增强异型导体阻水性能的方案。Abstract: In order to meet energy efficiency and economy of long-distance power transmission, submarine cables manufacturers need to use conductors with large-section specifications, among which special-shaped conductor has become a development trend due to their high manufacturing specification limit and stable structure.However, there are two technical difficulties in the production.On the one hand, stranding process is very complicated.On the other hand, there is no mature water blocking scheme for the conductor.In the paper, combined with actual production and debugging situation, relationship between stranding pitch, pre-torsion angle and other process parameters with stranding formation was explained, and scheme to enhance water blocking performance of specialshaped conductor was also proposed.
