辐照交联软电缆圆整度影响因素
Factors Affecting the Roundness of Radiation Cross-Linked Flexible Cable

摘要: 辐照交联软电缆因导体结构和生产工艺的特殊性,在生产过程中容易受外力影响而出现压扁问题。针对采用六类导体结构的辐照交联软电缆,研究其导体结构、生产工艺、各生产工序过程中的收放线及牵引装置对电缆圆整度的影响,分析压扁的主要影响因素,并对导体结构、张力参数、生产装置及工艺进行改进,以提高电缆的圆整度。Abstract: Due to special characteristics of conductor structure and production process, radiation cross-linked flexible cables are susceptible to flattening by external forces in production process.For radiation cross-linked flexible cable with the sixth type conductor structure, conductor structure, production process, retracting and pulling devices on roundness of cables in process of each production process were studied.M ain influencing factors of flattening was analyzed.Conductor structure, tension parameter, production device and process were improved, in order to improve the roundness of cables.
