高压电缆接地系统缺陷快速定位分析

    Rapid Localization Analysis of Grounding System Defects in High Voltage Cables

    • 摘要: 高压电缆金属护层电流检测是发现接地系统异常的有效手段,但应用在快速定位缺陷时存在不足。文中以一起220 kV高压电缆接地系统异常为案例,研究高压电缆金属护层接地回路电阻检测的原理。当高压电缆金属护层接地电流出现异常时,利用接地回路电阻测试方法不断缩小缺陷所在范围,锁定在第二个交叉互联段,最终发现3#中间接头直接接地点存在紧固螺栓锈蚀和脱落的缺陷,随后快速组织完成消缺。结果表明,高压电缆金属护层接地回路电阻检测法能够高效发现并定位高压电缆接地系统缺陷。最后,根据案例经验,提出避免类似情况发生的建议。

       

      Abstract: Current detecting of high voltage cable metal sheath is an effective means to detect anomalies in grounding system, but there are still shortcomings in quickly locating defects.Taking entire process of handling an abnormality in grounding system of 220 kV high voltage cables as a case, principle of resistance detection method in grounding circuit of high voltage cable metal sheath was studied.When there was an abnormality in grounding current detection of high voltage cable metal sheath, grounding circuit resistance testing method was used to continuously reduce the scope of defect and lock the defects in the second cross interconnection section.Finally, corrosion and detachment defects of fastening bolts in the third intermediate joint was found.Subsequently, defect elimination closed-loop work was quickly organized and completed.Results indicated that resistance detection method for grounding circuit of high voltage cable metal sheath could efficiently detect and locate defects in grounding system of high voltage cables.Based on the case, suggestions were put forward to avoid similar situations.
