基于改进云理论算法的中压电缆运行状态评估新策略
A New Strategy for Cable Operation State Evaluation Based on Improved Cloud Theory Algorithm

摘要: 随着电缆在电力系统中的大规模应用,传统的电缆定期维护检修策略呈现高成本、低效率等特征,不再具备合理性。为此,结合近年来快速发展的在线监测技术,提出了一种基于实时运行数据的电缆运行状态在线评估新策略,力图实现对电缆运行工况进行快速、准确评价。首先,选取电缆中间接头温度、局部放电量,以及护层电流作为反映电缆运行状态的特征量,构成状态特征量集合。其次,利用状态特征量集合的实时监测数据及海量历史数据,基于云理论算法和组合赋权法,构建考虑综合权重的改进云变化矩阵。最后,采用D-S证据理论,计算不同运行状态对应的隶属度,最终实现了电缆运行状态的在线准确评估。以安徽滁州电网某故障电缆的实际监测数据为例,仿真验证了所提策略的可靠性及准确性(引用文献21篇)。Abstract: With the large-scale application of cable in power system, the traditional cable periodic maintenance strategy is no longer reasonable due to its high cost and low efficiency. To solve the problems, combined with the rapid development of online monitoring technology in recent years, a new online evaluation strategy of cable operation status based on real-time operation data was proposed to achieve fast and accurate evaluation of cable operation conditions. Firstly,the temperature of cable middle joint,local discharge and sheath current were selected as the characteristic quantities reflecting the running state of cable to form the state characteristic quantity set.Secondly, based on cloud theory algorithm and combination weighting method, the improved cloud change matrix considering comprehensive weight was constructed by using real-time monitoring data and massive historical data of state feature sets. Furthermore, D-S evidence theory was adopted to calculate the membership degree corresponding to different operating states of cables, and finally realized the accurate online evaluation of cable operating states.Taking the actual monitoring data of a faulty power cable in Chuzhou, Anhui province as an example, the reliability and accuracy of the proposed strategy were verified by simulation(21 references cited).
