浮式风电用动态海缆初步结构设计分析
Preliminary Structure Design Analysis of Dynamic Submarine Cable for Floating Wind Power

摘要: 动态海缆是浮式风电开发中的重要装备,担负着传输电力与信号的任务,动态海缆与静态海缆运行环境差别很大,其结构形式具有明显的差异。根据动态海缆抗环境载荷的能力要求以及海缆安全输电的需要,基于现有静态海缆结构对动态海缆的导体、绝缘、护套、铠装进行功能分析与结构设计。为应对动态海缆所负拉弯与扭转载荷,提出湿式绝缘结构与偶数层铠装设计,并且不同于静态海缆由聚丙烯(PP)构成的内外衬层,动态海缆采用内外护套结构形式,为浮式风电用动态海缆的设计提供一定的参考。Abstract: Dynamic submarine cable is an important equipment in the development of floating wind power, which undertakes the task of transmitting power and signal. The operating environment of dynamic submarine cable and static submarine cable is very different, and its structural form is obviously different. According to the requirements of the ability of dynamic submarine cable to resist environmental load and the need to ensure the safe transmission of cable, based on the existing static submarine cable structure, the functional analysis and structural design of the conductor, insulation, sheath and armor of dynamic submarine cable were carried out. In order to deal with the tensile bending and torsional load of dynamic submarine cable, the design of wet insulation structure and even layer armor are proposed. Different from the inner and outer liner composed of PP rope of static submarine cable,dynamic submarine cable adopts the structure of inner and outer sheath. The structural design method provides a certain reference for the design of dynamic submarine cable for floating wind power.
