Abstract: As a kind of signal transmission cable, data bus has many years of development history in China's communication network system. With the rapid development of China' s aviation field, severe performance requirements such as high transmission rate, high and low temperature resistance, light weight and chemical corrosion resistance were put forward for aviation data bus products. The domestic status of a 1394b data bus for aviation was introduced. Taking the 1394b data bus with inner conductor specification of AWG24 as an example,through the analysis and design of the structure, material and process of the data bus, the product meeting the use requirements was successfully developed, and its performance index reached the level of foreign imported products.The successful development of this product has promoted the pace of localization and substitution of aviation data bus in China.
