Abstract: High-temperature pressure test of wire and cable is used to assess the insulation of wire and cable or the compressive capacity of sheath under mechanical pressure. By analyzing a large amount of test data collected in daily inspection work,the factors affecting the instability of high-temperature pressure test data were summarized.Meanwhile,aiming at these influencing factors,a new device was developed on the basis of meeting the standard test requirements, so as to improve the stability of the test data and make the test operation easier and more efficient.
