电缆系统故障快速恢复中间接头设计

    Design of Intermediate Joint for Rapid Fault Recovery of Cable System

    • 摘要: 随着城市电缆化率的逐年增长,相应的接头故障时有发生。电缆隧道内发生故障通常采取安装两个中间接头的方法进行恢复,该方法恢复时间较长。设计改进了3种快速抢修中间接头,其中A型接头恢复电缆速度快,时间短;B型中间接头可用于狭窄电缆隧道;C型中间接头可用于电缆长度不够的条件,不需要安装两套中间接头,还可通过灌注可固化绝缘剂替代传统中间接头。

       

      Abstract: With the growth of Urban Cable industrialization rate year by year, the joint failures is also occur from time to time. When a fault occurs in the cable tunnel, the method of installing two cable joints is usually adopted for recovery, and the recovery time is long. Three quick repair cable joints were designed and improved.The cable joint (type A) has the advantages of fast cable recovery speed and short time,cable joint (type B) can be used for narrow cable tunnel, and the cable joint (type C) can be used for the condition that the cable length is not enough.There is no need to install two sets of cable joints,and the traditional cable joint can be replaced by pouring curable insulating agent.
