B1级和B2ca级无卤低烟阻燃电缆热释放试验探讨

    Discussion on Heat Release Test of B1 and B2ca Halogen-Free Low Smoke Flame Retardant Retardance Cables

    • 摘要: 针对小截面导体B1级和B2ca级无卤低烟阻燃电缆,分别按照现行国家标准GB/T 31248—2014《电缆或光缆在受火条件下火焰蔓延、热释放和产烟特性的试验方法》与欧盟标准BS EN 50399:2011+A1:2016进行试验。通过试验过程和试验结果的对比分析,探讨试样安装对试验结果的影响。对比结果可使广大企业在B1级和B2ca级无卤低烟阻燃电缆开发过程中少走弯路,同时提出现行国家标准GB 31247—2014《电缆及光缆燃烧性能分级》修订的必要性,有助于解决此类线缆的国际贸易争端。

       

      Abstract: For B1 and B2ca halogen-free low smoke flame retardant cables with small cross-section conductors,according to the current national standard GB/T 31248—2014 “Test methods for the measurement of flame spread,heat release andsmoke production on electric or optical fibre cables under fire conditions” and the European Standard BS EN 50399:2011+A1:2016. The influence of sample installation on test results is discussed by comparing the test process and test results. The comparison results can make the majority of enterprises in the B1 and B2ca class halogen-free low smoke flame retardant cables development process less decircuit, and put forward the current national standard GB 31247—2014 “Classification for burning behavior of eleciric and optical cables”revision of the necessity, which is helpful to solve the international trade disputes of such cable.
