电缆绝缘和护套用自修复材料研究进展

    Research Progress of Self-Healing Materials for Cable Insulation and Sheath

    • 摘要: 电缆绝缘和护套用材料在使用过程中产生的微损伤和微裂纹会降低材料的电气性能和机械物理性能,导致电缆的使用寿命缩短。自修复型材料是一种能够自动识别材料结构中的损伤并自动进行修复的智能材料,依据自修复的机理类型主要分为本征型和外援型。本文介绍了本征型和外援型自修复材料的自修复机理,以及近年来常见的电缆绝缘和护套用自修复材料的研究现状,最后阐述了电缆绝缘和护套用自修复材料未来发展的目标和方向(引用文献29篇)。

       

      Abstract: The micro-losses and micro-cracks in the use of cable insulation and sheath materials will reduce the electrical and mechanical properties of the materials and shorten theirs service life. Self-healing materials are smart materials that can self-repair micro-damages and micro-cracks in the materials. Self-healing materials are broadly divided into intrinsic and extrinsic systems in terms of the healing mechanism. This article introduced the selfhealing mechanism of intrinsic and extrinsic systems of the self-healing materials, as well as the research status of common self-healing materials for cable insulation and sheaths in recent years, and finally elaborated the future development goals and direction of self-healing materials for cable insulation and sheaths (29 references cited).
