地铁用阻燃B1级柔性控制电缆的研制
Development of Flame Retardant Class B1 Flexible Control Cable for Subway

摘要: 为满足地铁设计技术条件规范,并考虑地铁工程特殊的安装施工环境、运行场合对电缆规格尺寸、柔软性、防潮性、耐候性等特殊要求,在电缆材料和电缆结构方面进行了研究。研制出了一种地铁用阻燃B1级柔性控制电缆,该电缆绝缘为双层共挤结构:内层为陶瓷化硅橡胶,外层为高强度阻燃硅橡胶,绝缘线芯成缆后绕包阻燃带,护套采用阻燃低烟无卤聚烯烃或者阻燃高强度硅橡胶。经验证,电缆的燃烧性能等级符合GB 31247—2014的B1级规定,且燃烧滴落物、烟气毒性和腐蚀性分别达到该标准规定的d0、t0和a1指标,在不添加云母带时使电缆具有“短路不燃烧、燃烧不短路”的特性。Abstract: In order to meet the technical specifications of subway design, and considering the special requirements of cable size, softness, moisture resistance and weather resistance in special installation and construction environment of subway engineering, the cable material and cable structure were studied comprehensively. The flame retardant class B1 flexible control cbble was developed, its insulation was double-layer co-extruded structure: the inner layer was ceramic silicone rubber, the outer layer was high strength flame retardant silicone rubber, the insulating wire core was wrapped with flame retardant tape after cabling, the sheath was flame retardant low smoke halogen-free polyolefin or flame retardant high strength silicone rubber. The combustion performance of the cable was in line with the class B1 of GB 31247—2014, and the cable combustion drops, gas toxicity and corrosion reached respectively the indexes d0, t0 and a1 specified in this standard. The cable was not wrapped mica tape, but still had the characteristics of short circuit without combustion, combustion without short circuit.
