Abstract: According to the requirements of Profibus-DP data bus cable for industrial control system using fieldbus technology, referring to the transmission performance requirements of foreign Profibus-DP data bus cable, this paper designed and verified the structure of the cable from the aspects of material selection, process control and electrical performance parameter calculation, so as to develope a fieldbus cable that meets the technical requirements of Profibus-DP data bus cable. It provides a reference basis for the design and selection of Profibus-DP data bus cable.
