摘要: 对海洋工程中普遍使用的三芯铜导体带铠装动态电缆的关键物理特性,包括其轴向刚度、扭转刚度以及弯曲刚度进行了有限元分析,并通过全尺寸模型试验验证分析结果。通过对比数值模型模拟结果与试验数据,展示了海洋电缆复杂截面的理论模型与实际产品的内在关联。试验结果揭示了数值模型中引入的假设条件的有效性,及其引起差异的根源。对海洋工程浮式生产系统中动态电缆关键物理特性的取值优化提供了理论支撑,对海洋动态电缆的设计、安装、运营与维护等均具有十分重要要的指导意义,为下一代复杂截面的海洋动态电缆用数值模拟软件提供了发展方向。Abstract: This paper presents numerical simulation of key physical properties of offshore dynamic power cable, including axial, torsional and bending stiffness. These properties were verified by performing full scale test. Comparison of the results indicates the inherent relation between the complex numerical model and actual product. The testing results reveal the validity of the assumptions implemented in the numerical model and also indicate the origin of the difference between the simulated and measured results. The results from the paper form a firm theoretical on how to choose proper physical properties offshore dynamic power cables in floating production system. The findings in the paper are critical for the design, installation, operation and maintenance of the offshore dynamic power cables. It also provides a guidance on how the next generation numerical simulation tools should be developed.
