高压电缆用半导电缓冲阻水带性能研究

    Study on Performance of Semi-Conductive Buffer Water Blocking Tape for High Voltage Cable

    • 摘要: 高压电缆用半导电缓冲阻水带在高压电缆已应用多年,但其性能研究却少有报道,试验选取市面A、B、C 3个不同厂家阻水带样品进行性能研究,对其吸水性、电性能、机械性能及老化性能进行试验。结果表明:阻水带随着老化温度的增加,伸长率及强度也有增加的趋势;样品老化后吸水膨胀变化较大,样品B在135℃环境下老化,基本失去了吸水功能;总体上样品B在90℃环境下表现较为优异;样品A和样品C电阻较高,老化后吸水能力及电性能明显降低;样品B老化后电性能变化较小,样品A和样品C体积电阻变化较为明显,为高压电缆的失效带来了潜在的风险。

       

      Abstract: The semi-conductive buffer water blocking tape for high voltage cable has been used for many years, but its performance research is rarely reported. The performance of water blocking tape made by excellent manufacturers in the market was studied, and its water absorption, electrical performance, mechanical property and aging performance were tested. The results showed that: with the increase of aging temperature, the elongation and strength of the water blocking tape also had an increasing trend; after aging, the water absorption expansion of the sample changed greatly, and B basically losed the water absorption function when aging at 135 ℃; in general, sample B performs better at 90 ℃; samples A and C had too high resistance, and the water absorption capacity and electrical properties changed obviously after aging.
