电缆缓冲层电阻变化、电容电流分布和运行的研究

    Research on Resistance Change, Capacitance Current Distribution and Operation of Cable Buffer Layer

    • 摘要: 高压电力电缆的故障中,发现大量电缆缓冲层烧蚀现象。而这种烧蚀伴随着因电容电流集中引起的温度升高。从电缆线路接地方式出发,通过理论计算和模拟电缆结构样品试验,了解运行时皱纹铝套下缓冲层表面的电容电流分配变化,分析试验数据,找出电缆运行时缓冲层烧蚀的原因。试验结果可为电缆运检工作提供故障分析手段。

       

      Abstract: In the fault of high voltage power cable, a large number of erosion phenomenon of cable buffer layer is found. This erosion is accompanied by an increase in temperature due to concentration of capacitance current. In this paper, based on the grounding mode of cable line, through theoretical calculation and simulation test of cable structure sample, the change of capacitance current distribution on the surface of buffer layer under wrinkle aluminum sheath was understood, the test datas were analyzed, and the reason of erosion was found out to provide fault analysis means for cable operation and inspection.
