Abstract: For the analysis of cable routing layout, equipment selection and production process control, production effectiveness verification, the linked list of integrated sheath production line for large-length submarine cable was proposed. It was estimated that the selection path of product-in process turnover could be increased, and the production efficiency could be increased by about 2 times. Taking 35 kV 3×300 mm² submarine cable as an example, the length of product-in process receiving line storage cable and effect before and after the production line series was verified. The results show that the pallet length can meet the delivery requirements of cable order and decrease cost and increase benefit.
