导体铜及铜合金的应用和加工工艺综述

    Overview of Application and Processing Technology of Conductor Copper and Copper Alloy

    • 摘要: 铜及铜合金作为基础导电材料,广泛用于电气、电子、通信、轨交、航空航天等各个方面。本文介绍了铜及铜合金在导体方面的应用。重点介绍了铜及铜合金生产工艺,包括用量最大的杆材、板带材、排材生产工艺,铜合金用量大的接触网线、引线框架铜合金、铜银合金、粉未冶金法铜合金等生产工艺。提出了铜导体材料及设备创新的方向和存在的问题,分析了导体铜及铜合金最新的开发进展,对相关生产和使用者有指导和参考作用(引用文献25篇)。

       

      Abstract: As basic conductive materials, copper and copper alloys are widely used in electrical, electronic, communication, rail transit, aerospace and other aspects. This paper introduces the application of copper and copper alloy in conductor and the main process flow. Copper and copper alloys, as basic conductive materials, are widely used in electrical, electronic, communication, rail transit, aerospace and other aspects. The production process of copper and copper alloy, the production process of rod, plate, strip and strip with the largest consumption, and the production process of contact wire, lead frame copper alloy, copper silver alloy, powder metallurgy copper alloy with large consumption of copper alloy are mainly introduced. The development of new products of copper and copper alloys provides support for new applications. The product process and equipment are constantly innovating. It puts forward the direction and existing problems of copper conductor materials and equipment innovation, provides the latest development progress of copper conductor and copper alloy, and provides guidance and reference for relevant production and users (25 references are cited).
