Abstract: The defects existing in the traditional method of making smooth aluminum sleeve cable traction head was analyzed, and then a diameter expansion welding waterproof traction head technology was developed. The bending, side pressure, tension and waterproof tests of the smooth aluminum sleeve cable waterproof traction heads were carried out, which showed that the waterproof traction head after diameter expansion welding is firm and reliable, and promote to users.
