500 kV交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆用3 000 mm2铜分割导体的研制

    Development of 3 000 mm2 Copper Partition Conductor for 500 kV XLPE Insulated Cable

    • 摘要: 为满足500 kV超高压交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆的研制需要，在2 500 mm2大截面分割导体结构设计与制作经验的基础上，完成了3 000 mm2分割导体的研制，详细阐述了3 000 mm2分割导体的结构设计、生产制造及20℃时的直流电阻测试，介绍了大截面分割导体结构设计与制造技术。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the development needs of 500 kV ultra-high voltage XLPE insulated power cable, the development of 3 000 mm2 split conductor was completed on the basis of the structure design and production experience of 2 500 mm2 large section split conductor. The structure design, production and manufacturing of 3 000 mm2 split conductor, DC resistance test at 20 ℃ and the structure design and manufacturing technology of large section split conductor were introduced.
