摘要: 对220 kV平滑铝套电缆开展了静态弯曲性能、张力弯曲性能、抗外力机械冲击性能的试验,平滑铝套电缆弯曲半径为20倍电缆外径,侧压力为5 kN·m-1时,满足平滑铝套电缆的安装敷设要求。通过平滑铝套和皱纹铝套电缆抗外力机械冲击性能对比,可以得出两种金属屏蔽形式的电缆耐机械冲击性能基本一致,在施工和运行过程中,均可以对电缆提供足够的机械保护。新型金属屏蔽结构的平滑铝护套高压电缆符合新一代电网“本质安全”的要求,采用平滑铝护套高压电缆可以极大地提高系统的安全可靠性,是未来电网的发展方向。Abstract: The static bending performance, tension bending performance and mechanical impact resistance of 220 kV smooth aluminum sheath cable were investigated.The bending radius of smooth aluminum sheath cable was 20 times the cable diameter and the lateral pressure was 5 kN·m-1, which can meet the installation and laying requirements of smooth aluminum sheath cable.By comparing the mechanical impact resistance of smooth aluminum sheath and wrinkled aluminum sheath cable, it can be concluded that the mechanical impact resistance of the two kinds of metal shielding cable is basically the same, and can provide sufficient mechanical protection for the cable in the process of construction and operation.The smooth aluminum sheathed high-voltage cable with new metal shielding structure meets the requirement of "intrinsically safe" of the new generation power grid.The use of smooth aluminum sheathed high voltage cable can greatly improve the safety and reliability of the system, which is the development direction of the future power grid.
