Abstract: The relevant national standards and enterprise technical requirements of torsional flexible power cable with rated voltage of 66 kV for offshore wind turbines were introduced.The overall structure design and material selection of the cable, as well as the key points of process design and manufacturing to ensure the successful production of the cable in the production process were introduced.
