基于组合表征试验的电缆非金属材料材质一致性研究

摘要: 为了保障内蒙古电网入网电缆质量可靠性,鉴于传统对抽样样品进行宏观性能检测试验存在耗时较长、成本较高、操作复杂且覆盖面不全等问题,本研究采用密度法、红外光谱法(FTIR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析法(TG)和电感耦合等离子-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)组合表征手段,基于材料一致性分析评估判据,对同一厂家、同一型号不同批次电缆非金属材料(绝缘和护套)开展材质一致性研究。本方法能够有效、快速、准确评估电缆非金属材料的一致性,具有样品量小、微损、操作方便、测试周期短等优点,由此建立的数据库可以降低电缆产品的质量风险和隐患,为内蒙古电网长期安全运行提供有效保证。Abstract: In order to ensure the quality reliability of the cables connected to the inner mongolia power grid, considering the long time-consuming, high cost, complex operation and incomplete coverage of traditional macro performance testing on sample, density, infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry (TG) and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) were combined to conduct material consistency research on non-metallic materials (insulation and sheath) of cables with the same type with different batches, based on the material consistency analysis and evaluation criteria.This method can effectively, quickly and accurately assess the consistency of non-metallic materials of cables with the advantages of small size, slight loss, convenient operation, and short test cycle.The database established by this work can reduce the quality risks and hidden dangers of cable products to guarantee long-term safe operation of the power grid.
