摘要: 介绍了一种新型的超高压交联电缆绝缘挤出模具。根据离模膨胀的原理,对模具口径形式加以改进,从而避免了传统模具引起的界面突起超标等缺陷,提高了三层共挤模具的适用性。

Abstract: A new type of insulation extrusion die for ultra-high voltage cross-linked cable was introduced.According to the principle of off die expansion, the diameter form of the die is improved, so as to avoid the defects such as excessive interface protrusion caused by the traditional die and the applicability of the triple-extrusion die was improved.
