高导热填充材料对高压电缆接头温度的影响
Study on Heat Dissipation and Lifting Measures of High Voltage Cable Joint with Protective Box

摘要: 高压电缆接头是线路中的热点位置,限制着线路载流量的提升。为了探究加装保护盒以及保护盒内填充不同材料对电缆接头导体温度的影响,搭建了高压电缆接头的大电流温升试验平台,对比分析了电缆接头未装保护盒、加装保护盒、保护盒内填充传统密封胶,以及保护盒内填充高导热材料4种情况的试验数据。结果表明,相比于未装保护盒的情况,加装保护盒不会显著恶化电缆接头的散热环境。但是在保护盒内填充传统密封胶后严重阻碍电缆接头的散热,相比于未装保护盒时压接管的温度升高了8.1℃。保护盒内填充高导热材料后,压接管的温度显著下降。相比于未装保护盒的情况,其导体温度仅升高了2℃,大大增强了电缆接头的散热能力。Abstract: The high voltage cable joint is the hot spot position in the line, which restricts the increase of the line load capacity.To explore with the protection box, as well as the protection box filling the influence of different materials of cable joint conductor temperature, it set up the large current of high voltage cable joint temperature rise experiment platform, the contrast analysis of the cable joint did not install the protection box, equipped with the protection box, box for filling in the box to protect traditional sealant and fill four conditions of the experimental data of high thermal conductive materials.The results showed that compared with the case without protective box, adding protective box will not significantly deteriorate the heat dissipation environment of cable joint.However, after filling the protective box with traditional sealant, the heat dissipation of the cable joint was seriously hindered.Compared with that without the protective box, the temperature of the pressure pipe rised by 8.1 ℃.After filling the protective box with high thermal conductivity material, the temperature of the pressure nozzles decreased significantly.Compared with the case without protective box, the temperature of the conductor only rised by 2 ℃, which greatly enhanced the heat dissipation of the cable joint.
