摘要: 介绍了国内某高压海缆工程项目中的海上中间接头施工方案,方案对海上施工的气象环境、施工船舶的定位和硬件设施做了要求,并增加一个内工棚来控制电气连接时的温度与湿度,对中间接头制作前后的相关光学和电气性能进行检测,确保方案的有效实施和完工接头的安全可靠。在电气连接部分,为绝缘表面处理、绝缘回缩、界面压力等问题给出了解决方法,其中电气连接接头选用了“品”字形的方案布置。在保证质量和安全的前提下,方案选择同步进行光纤连接和接头机械保护外壳安装的施工。最后介绍了接头沉放施工的注意事项与后保护要点。Abstract: The construction scheme of offshore intermediate joint in a domestic high voltage cable project was introduced.The plan maked requirements for meteorological environment and ship positioning of offshore construction.A work shed was added to maintain the ambient temperature and humidity during electrical connection construction.The optical and electrical properties of the intermediate joint before and after the manufacturing process were tested to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme and the safety and reliability of the completed joint.In the electrical connection part, solutions were given for the insulation surface treatment, insulation retraction, interface pressure and other problems, in which the electrical connection joint uses the “品”shape scheme layout.Under the premise of ensuring quality and safety, the scheme choosed synchronous construction of optical fiber connection and joint mechanical protection shell installation.Finally, the precautions and post-protection points of joint sinking construction were introduced.
