工业互联网用Profibus-PA现场总线电缆的结构设计和测试

    Structural Design and Test of Profibus-PA Fieldbus Cable for Industrial Internet

    • 摘要: 本工作介绍了Profibus现场总线的类型及应用,针对Profibus-PA现场总线电缆主要技术要求,详细阐述了Profibus-PA现场总线电缆各种规格产品的结构设计、材料选型及工艺控制。通过对实芯聚乙烯绝缘Profibus-PA现场总线电缆的计算实例分析,说明了低频工作状态下的通信电缆其关键参数设计和测试方法,并对Profibus-PA 1×2×0.75 mm2现场总线电缆进行测试,结果表明其实测值与设计要求相符。

       

      Abstract: The types and applications of Profibus fieldbus were introduced. According to the main technical requirements of Profibus-PA fieldbus cable, the structural design, material selection and process control of various specifications of Profibus-PA fieldbus cable were expounded in detail. Through the calculation example of solid core polyethylene insulated Profibus-PA fieldbus cable, the key parameter design and test method of communication cable under low frequency working state were explained.Besides, 1×2×0.75 mm2 Profibus-PA fieldbus cable was tested, and the results showed that the experimental results are in accord with the design requirements.
