低氟析出宇航用交联乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物绝缘电线电缆的研制与应用

摘要: 普通宇航用交联乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物绝缘电线、电缆(C55导线)存在氟析出量高的缺点,严重限制了其在航天器载人或密闭舱室中的应用。为有效降低空间站用导线的氟析出量,研究了低氟材料加工工艺,设计开发了具有低氟析出特点的宇航用交联乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物绝缘电线电缆,并通过试验对其常规性能、极限性能、氟析出、寿命等性能进行了验证。结果表明,研制的具有低氟析出特点的C55/LF导线的常规性能指标、极限性能与普通C55产品相当。寿命评估试验表明样品有很宽的使用温度范围,能够满足航天器、空间站以及其他宇航设备上对线缆的寿命要求。通过在中国空间站的实际在轨运行验证表明,该导线满足设计目标要求。Abstract: Conventional cross-linked ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer insulated wires and cables, namely C55 wires, whose disadvantage of high fluoride off-gassing has limited their applications in aerospace manned cabin or other closed spaces. To achieve the aim of low fluoride off-gassing, the measure to decrease the amount of fluoride off-gassing was studied and a new type of C55 wires with low fluoride off-gassing was developed. Furthermore, the normal performances, extreme performances, the amount of fluoride off-gassing and service life were verified. The results confirmed the performances of C55/LF wires with low fluoride off-gassing were consistent with conventional C55 wires, in which the former could satisfy the requirements of cables for spacecraft and space station, confirmed by the actual in-orbit operation in China space station.
