微基站用微型扁平光电混合缆的设计
Design of Miniature Flat Optical and Electrical Hybrid Cables for Micro Base Station

摘要: 本工作介绍了一种5G微基站室内布放用微型扁平光电混合缆(以下简称光电混合缆),该混合缆具有结构尺寸小、质量轻、功耗低等特点;阐述了光电混合缆的结构设计、制造工艺及三套不同挤塑模具的应用效果。测试了光电混合缆的机械性能、环境性能与电气性能,满足微基站(如皮基站、飞基站等)5G室内信号深度覆盖的通信需求,具有广阔的应用前景。Abstract: A miniature flat optical and electrical hybrid cables (hereinafter referred to as the electrical hybrid cables) for indoor deployment of 5G micro base station was introduced. The hybrid cables have the characteristics of small structure, light weight and low power consumption. The structure design, manufacturing process and die optimization of the electrical hybrid cables were described. Three different configuration technologies of sheath extrusion die were explored. The mechanical, environmental and electrical properties of the hybrid cables were tested, which met the requirements of 5G indoor signal deep coverage communication for micro base stations (such as picobase stations and femtobase stations, etc.) and had a wide application prospect.
