电力电缆通道用有机难燃防火槽盒的性能检测研究

摘要: 有机难燃防火槽盒在电力电缆通道中广泛应用,对其性能检测的研究却鲜有报道。对6个不同厂家生产的有机难燃防火槽盒样品进行性能检测,结果表明,这6种样品在燃烧性能、氧指数、耐化学性能等方面均符合现行标准要求,但部分样品的巴氏硬度和吸水性不合格,长期运行过程中会产生防火槽盒老化程度加快、防火性能下降、使用寿命缩短等问题,使相关电气线路存在安全隐患。目前有机难燃防火槽盒的抽检试验往往更多关注防火阻燃方面的性能,建议加强对理化性能的监督力度,尤其是在环境恶劣或防火重点通道中,应将巴氏硬度和吸水性列为抽样必检项目。Abstract: Organic type fireproof box has been widely used in power cable channels, but performance test research of the box is rarely reported.Samples of organic type fireproof box from 6 different manufacturers on the market were tested. The results showed that 6 samples met the requirements of the existing standards in terms of burning behavior, oxygen index, and chemical resistance, etc. But the barcol hardness and water absorption of some samples were not qualified, which would inevitably lead to the accelerated deterioration, decreased fire resistance performance and reduction of service life. In the long-term operation process, it will lay hidden dangers for the safe operation of power cables. At present, more attention is paid to the performance of fire prevention in sampling inspection, and quality supervision on the physical and chemical properties should be enhanced. Barcol hardness and water absorption should be regarded as the necessary inspection item of sampling inspection, especially in the adverse circumstances or the key section of fire prevention.
