包覆材料对铝包钢线耐腐蚀性能的影响
Influence of Cladding Materials on Corrosion Resistance of Aluminum-Clad Steel Wire

摘要: 为研究不同材质包覆材料对铝包钢线耐腐蚀性能的影响,在工艺和坯料均相同的情况下,分别采用铝和铝-锰合金包覆材料生产的铝包钢线进行各项性能测试和中性盐雾试验。结果表明:铝-锰合金包钢线的包覆层偏心程度较大,其硬度也显著高于铝层,表面划痕等缺陷更深,其余各项性能两者差异甚微。经历1 000 h中性盐雾试验后,两种材料各项性能均呈现下降趋势,但由于铝-锰合金表面缺陷更深,其包覆层点蚀更为显著,最小铝层厚度下降显著。对提升铝-锰合金包钢线的耐腐蚀性提出改进建议,为相关研究提供参考。Abstract: In order to study the effect of different coating materials on corrosion resistance of aluminum-clad steel wire, various properties tests and neutral salt spray tests were carried out on aluminum-clad steel wire produced by the same process, the same blank and different coating materials of aluminum and aluminum-manganese alloy.Results indicated that the coating of aluminum-manganese alloy clad steel wire had a large degree of eccentricity, which hardness was also significantly higher than that of aluminum layer, surface scratches and other defects were deeper, and the other properties were slightly different.After 1 000 h neutral salt spray test, properties of the two materials showed a downward trend.However, due to the deeper surface defects of aluminum-manganese alloy, pitting corrosion of its coating layer was more significant, and the minimum thickness decreased significantly.A suggestion for aluminum-manganese alloy clad steel wire to improve corrosion resistance properties and reference for relevant research was provided.
