实心分割铝合金导体高压电缆的设计与研究

摘要: 为实现以铝代铜在高压交联电缆领域中的应用,并解决多股绞合的铝分割导体在接头处发生蠕变变形的现象,研究了一种实心分割铝合金导体的高压电缆。通过对实心分割铝合金导体的结构设计、产品工艺技术研究、工艺装备研究、产品性能研究及试验分析,结果表明,实心分割铝合金导体高压电缆的导体电阻相对偏差均在±0.5%以内。Abstract: In order to realize the application of the replacement of copper with aluminum in the field of high voltage crosslinked cable, and solve the segmentation of aluminum stranded conductors creep deformation phenomenon in junction, a solid core segmental aluminum alloy conductor high voltage cable was studied successfully.Through segmental structure design, product technology research, process equipment, product performance and test analysis of solid core segmental aluminum alloy conductor, results showed that relative deviation of conductor resistance of solid core segmental aluminium alloy conductor high voltage cable were within ±0.5%.
