Abstract: The characteristics and performance requirements of new medium frequency and low-consumption balanced flexible cables for aircraft were introduced.Through the optimization design of product structure and insulation materials, the improvement of equipment and process, a new type of medium frequency and lowconsumption balanced flexible cables for aircraft with better performance and longer service life was developed, which could replace imported products.
