风力发电用铝合金芯耐扭电缆应用可行性

    Feasibility on Application of Aluminum Alloy Core Torsion Resistant Cables for Wind Power Generation

    • 摘要: 铝合金芯固定敷设用电缆在风力发电机塔筒内的应用技术已经发展成熟。为进一步满足市场需求,设计了铝合金芯软电缆,用于替代塔筒上端铜芯耐扭电缆。通过扭转试验,验证了电缆的可靠性。试验表明:铝合金软导体在经受扭转后的断丝率与扭转长度、扭转角度、导体结构和非金属材料等相关;经优化设计,铝合金软导体扭转后的断丝率降到了最低,满足了用户需求,验证了风力发电用耐扭电缆以铝代铜的可行性。

       

      Abstract: Application technology of aluminum alloy core fixed laying cables in wind turbine tower has developed maturely.In order to furtherly meet the market demand, aluminum alloy core flexible cables was designed to replace the copper core torsion resistant cables at the upper end of the tower.The reliability of the cable was verified by torsion test.The results showed that wire breaking rate of aluminum alloy flexible conductor after torsion was related to torsion length, torsion angle, conductor structure and non-metallic materials; after optimization design, broken wire rate of aluminum alloy flexible conductor after torsion was reduced to the minimum, meeting the users' needs, and verifying the feasibility of replacing copper with aluminum for torsion resistant cables used in wind power generation.
